One of the lesser-known reasons for extra bathroom visits at night: your body is struggling to deal with sleep apnea!
Bathroom frequency increases because certain proteins are released from your heart when your body is stressed from sleep apnea. These proteins begin a series of events that translate to you going to the bathroom a lot more. 🚽
